From visa and ticket fees to hotel accommodations and tour cancellations, our terms and conditions ensure clarity and transparency in every aspect of your travel experience. Terms & Conditions:

- Visa and Tickets Fees are Non Refundable:
Once paid, visa and ticket fees are non-refundable, so please plan your travel arrangements carefully.

- No Refunds if Tour Cancelled within 21 Days of Travel:
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued if the tour is cancelled within 21 days of the scheduled travel date.

- 50% Advance to Confirm Bookings:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings, ensuring your spot is reserved for your chosen travel dates.

- Balance 50% to be paid 21 Days before Travel:
The remaining 50% balance must be settled 21 days before the scheduled travel date.

- Airfare is considered of Economy class if any significant increase will be charged before departure:
Any significant increase in airfare may be charged before departure, and the fare is considered for Economy class unless otherwise specified.

- No Cash Deposits in our Bank Accounts Without Permission:
Please refrain from making cash deposits into our bank accounts without prior permission from Ar Rahman Travel Service Haj Umrah.

- Food in Executive, Esteem will be in Parcel:
Food arrangements for Executive and Esteem packages will be provided in parcel form for your convenience.

- Hotel may Change to Similar or Same Category Hotels:
In unforeseen circumstances, the hotel may be changed to a similar or same category hotel to ensure your accommodation needs are met.

- Bucket and Tubs will not be available in hotels:
Please note that bucket and tubs will not be available in the hotel facilities.

- No Fans are not available in Rooms Only AC:
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning only; fans are not provided.

- Indian Toilets are not available only English Toilets:
Please be advised that only English-style toilets are available; Indian-style toilets are not provided.
